Kind Acts Go A Long Way!

Life is what I would like to refer to an amazing journey into what God has promised and predestined for all of us. There is a plan for each of our lives  which can create abundance, wisdom, happiness, and inner peace. We have the ability to alter that destiny through our own free will and choices. We must realize that God has something special for each and every one of us, and that no two lives are the same. With so many opportunities available and lives so  intertwined with the individuals  that we encounter through our work and daily living, why is it so difficult for so many to find their way, especially in the black community? I have been doing research, and through the results, I have determined that the key is networking. Many can not tangibly wrap their heads around the concept. The process of looking for a job or tapping into a new career requires the ability of connecting with like minded individuals who are open to experiencing new concepts and ideas that will create the opportunities necessary to thrive. I don't know about  you, but I realize for so many, the struggle to find your way is very "Real!" I have a goal to simply help people, no matter where you are and no matter what your life circumstance may be, there is always room for improvement. We all have to become receptive to extending ourselves to others to help when possible.

 I encourage each and every one of one of you who choose to partake in submitting your thoughts and suggestions on this blog, to search deep within yourself and commit to providing any information that you may have at all to providing encouragement, motivation, networking tools and possible job or career connections by suggestion of companies who may be hiring, websites to apply for jobs, and tools on improving resumes to create job search success. Creating an environment of comfort where everyone can come to take advantage of information that could substantially impact lives is an awesome endeavor. The thought of putting a smile a someone's face because I potentially did something to make their life better is all the motivation I need to keep pushing forward. Life is challenging enough. Unemployment rates are at a all time high. Although the state of our economy is uncertain, I feel we should all take a step to be proactive in creating a sense of harmony in order to enrich the lives of those around us. It is time to let go of pride and ask for what you may want or need. You may not have known how to go about doing it before.

 If you are looking for a job, do not be reluctant to state what your background is and ask if others are aware of opportunity. If you have access to employ individuals or can assist a motivated individual with finding specific things to allow them to help themselves do better, then by all means, take a step forward to help. As a community, we can not continue to speak negatively about the plight of our people, yet fold our hands and do nothing to make things better. Extending acts of kindness allows for our own lives to be fulfilled. In return, doors will begin to open allowing for blessings and replenishment. Let us all keep that in mind as we go about our busy lives. If this helps just one person, then I will truly feel like I have done a great job . Feel free to give any suggestions, no matter how big or small, and no matter where you reside......... It will create our DOMINO EFFECT for future success.....
